J Squared Construction begins every project with a dedicated project manager and staff to ensure the successful execution of each job. Our effective project management team along with our loyal subcontractor partners work together effectively to complete each project on time and within budget. Preventative Maintenance – Visits can be arranged to suit your facility needs in which we can assess your property and review any potential repairs needed. This can be done Weekly, Monthly or Quarterly. Work can be scheduled before or after hours to eliminate impact of customers and workers. We will create a scope of work with a corresponding budget. Reports of completed work with pictures along with quotes for other necessary work will be provided after each visit.
